WEDNESDAY- TEEN YOGA & MINDFULNESS 2:30-3:30 pm@ The Center
THURSDAYS -PAASS Classes Mill Valley Recreation (ages 7-18yrs) 4:30-5:15pm

This online course is designed to give you the skills and confidence needed to teach yoga and mindfulness to children from pre-school to fifth grade.
You will discover the theory and science behind the physical, social emotional and cognitive benefits of yoga for kids and how to teach it in a fun and playful way.
Set yourself up with the tools you need to help children build a lifetime of health and wellness.
Pre-requisite 200 hr. teacher training required to take this course.
SUMMER CAMP 2022!
Miss Hale & Mrs. Daina are excited to offer 2 camps this summer
Our July camp is for ages 5-12yrs and will be held from 12:30-4:30 M-F July 25-29th
Our August Camp is an all levels & abilities adaptive needs camp for kids ages 9-19 from12:30-4:30 M-F August 1 -5
Both camps will be held in the Mountain View room at the Mill Valley Community Center
