MONDAY- Strawberry Point (ages 5-10yrs) 2:45pm-3:45pm.
WEDNESDAY- Edna Maguire (ages 5- 6) 1:55-2:55pm
WEDNESDAY Mill Valley Recreation Special needs (ages 7-18yrs) 4:30-5:30pm

Thursdays 6-9pm in Mill Valley
This 6-week in person course is designed to give you the skills and confidence needed to teach yoga and mindfulness to children from pre-school to fifth grade.
You will discover the theory and science behind the physical, social emotional and cognitive benefits of yoga for kids and how to teach it in a fun and playful way.
Set yourself up with the tools you need to help children build a lifetime of health and wellness.
Pre-requisite 200 hr. teacher training required to take this course.
