After School Classes

In these classes, children will explore ways to bring mindfulness into their everyday world. Through playful lessons and creative crafts, we focus on simple breathing exercises, mindful listening, relaxation techniques, and guided activities that encourage curiosity and calm.
Students build important skills in self-awareness, self-control, social connection, positive thinking, and self-esteem. Each class begins with a short group discussion and a mindfulness activity tied to a theme, followed by hands-on craft projects. The balance of reflection and creativity helps children practice focus and kindness in class—and often carry these skills into their lives outside of class.


In School Offerings
Bring mindfulness into your school! I offer engaging, developmentally appropriate classes for all grade levels that combine simple movement, breathing, and mindfulness practices. Sessions are designed to support focus, emotional regulation, and social–emotional learning while giving teachers and students practical tools for the classroom.
I also collaborate with schools and teachers to write grants or secure private funding to make these 8-week programs accessible to all students.

Your children will have so much fun exploring yoga with Daina. With a degree in early childhood education, Daina knows just how to take her students through a series of traditional yoga poses using a storytelling style, adventure-seeking, developmentally appropriate technique your child is sure to love! Daina is a master at keeping her students engaged in yoga, mastering mindfulness along the way. She will help your children learn more about body awareness while building on their social-emotional skills in a fun and playful way.

Adaptive Yoga for Kids
Adaptive yoga is not currently being offered
Adaptive yoga incorporates traditional yoga poses in a fun and playful way making this class easy for children of all abilities to experience in their own way. We will breathe and move to strengthen our muscles, improve our balance, and increase body awareness. These 45-minute classes promote relaxation and emotional regulation. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and ability. Daina will give modifications as needed.
Yoga & Mindfulness for Teens
These classes are not currently being offered
These classes give teens a space to slow down, reflect, and recharge. Through meditation, gentle movement, and open discussions on topics like self-love, resilience, and contentment, students learn practical ways to handle stress and pressure.

A regular mindfulness practice has been shown to lower anxiety, improve mood, and build confidence. Teens also strengthen emotional regulation, decision-making, social skills, body awareness, and healthy communication—skills that support both academic success and personal well-being.
